A Week Off

Look what myself and Chris Illingworth (also taking part in Coast 2 Coast) stumbled upon whilst in Cyprus last week.


After a fun filled fun in the sun kind of week both Chris's will now be looking seriously at their training regime for the next few months in a bid to shift the excess food and drink out of their systems in preparation for the big event.
